Goose Pond Colony Marina to Ditto Marina

We were able to worship with our home congregation this morning at Mt Pleasant Lutheran Church(spaceshipchurch.org) via a podcast that the Church posts each week. Severe fog this morning delayed our departure until 9:00, back through the narrow shallow canal to the open river. Traveling downstream to the Guntersville lock that was just letting out four pleasure craft as we approached. A gentle lowering to the lower river were we found a good push from the stream. Very pretty river frontage today and a great view of a cliff with the sun shining for a change. Tonight we had doctails on the aft deck with Sandrobber, HappyHappy and It's about time. The bird, Basel, lives on HappyHappy, is very intelligent, 25 years old and quite a talker.
